Adoption Process: We are
not a first come first served rescue.
WRAP Rescue focuses on finding a good match for the dog
to ensure life long adoptions. We take applications, do home visits,
reference checks, ask for an adoption fee and the foster whippet
always gets the last word...

Abigail
Abby is about
five years old.
She is white with blue markings;
spayed and
will be up to date on vaccines at adoption time.
Abby substained a fractured jaw when she got too close to a horse's hoof.
Her left mandible was fractured in several places and the hinge was broken.
The jaw was wired back together the following day.
Abby has to be hand fed gruel for three months.
If the jaw stays aligned and mends well, she will be ready for her new home
in March.
Abby is a pretty and loving girl.
She is very sweet and well behaved.
She is an excellent patient !
A few days after surgery.
Abby, happy the external stitches are removed.
Now, if they would take out the wires, too !
